In this policy, “we” means that practice. We are the party responsible for the personal information described here.
What this policy covers
It covers information collected through digitalstangrangid.cc: the contact form, the cookies the site sets, and ordinary server logs the hosting environment may keep. It does not describe a future product we do not run. If an engagement begins, the written agreement covers information exchanged for that work. This policy still applies to the website itself.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization (if you include one), the service or question you select, and the message. We also store the time the message was recorded. We do not ask you to create an account.
Please do not send sensitive information in the first note, such as identity document numbers, payment card numbers, or health information. We do not need them to reply.
Session and security information
Visiting a page starts a session cookie named DSSESSID. It keeps the contact form and the cookie choice form secure, and it limits how many messages one session can send in an hour. The cookie lasts until you close the browser session. It is not used to build a marketing profile.
The hosting environment may keep standard server logs, which can include a network address, the browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to advertise to you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you wish to continue, to scope operations work.
- To protect the forms from forged submissions and from repeated automated messages.
- To remember the cookie choice you make, and, only if you allow it, a setting that reduces decorative motion.
We rely on your consent for the contact message and for any optional cookie. The session cookie is used because the forms cannot be kept secure without it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months, or sooner if the inquiry is closed and you ask us to delete them. The session cookie ends when the browser session ends. The cookie that stores your choice, ds_consent, is kept for six months. The optional interface cookie, ds_prefs, is kept for six months and only if you allow it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information. We do not pass contact details to advertising networks, and this site does not load analytics or advertising scripts. An email provider or the host may process a message as a conduit so it can reach the desk. They may do that only to deliver or host the message, not to market their own services to you on our behalf.
Cookies
The cookies in use are described in the cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time from cookie settings.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used, and tell us what you want done. We may ask for enough detail to find the right message and to be sure we are writing to the right person.
You can reject non-essential cookies without losing access to the site. The pages remain available either way.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and the services are for organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The date at the top of this page is the current one.
