The work
What does Digitalstangrangid actually do?
We help an organization put a clear routine around work it already does. That includes incoming requests, handoffs between people, supplier follow-up, quality checks, scheduling, and the short reports managers use.
The result is written material your team can run: sheets, rules, calendars, and notes. We are an operations practice, not a software vendor and not a staffing agency.
Who is this for?
The usual client is a small or mid-sized organization whose work is real, but still depends on memory, inboxes, or one very busy person. The desk is in Chișinău. Engagements are in English and in writing, so the team does not have to be in Moldova.
We are not a fit for an idea that has no operating work yet. We also do not take on licensed legal, financial, medical, or employment practice.
Do you replace an operations manager or our staff?
No. We do not replace a manager and we do not become your staff. We design and settle routines with the people who will keep them.
A retained desk can include ongoing coordination for routines already agreed. That scope is written down before it starts, and it is not an employment relationship.
Do you sell or install software?
No. We do not sell licenses and we do not implement a platform as the engagement. If a routine is already clear and the current tools cannot hold it, we will say so. Choosing and installing software is a separate decision, and it is not one we make for you.
Working together
Where are you based, and can you work with a team outside Moldova?
Vladimir Lazarev works from Alba-Iulia St 21, MD-2071, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. The practice name is Digitalstangrangid.
Standard engagements are conducted in English and in writing. A visit is not part of the usual offer. If a visit is essential, it is discussed on its own and happens only if both sides agree in writing.
What do you need from us to start?
A short description of the operating trouble is enough for the first note. Name the area, who feels the problem, and what “better” would change in a normal week.
If we proceed, we ask for the people who actually do the work and for the documents you already use. We do not need a polished brief.
How do we communicate during an engagement?
Email is the record. Meetings, when they are useful, are agreed in advance and followed by a short written note. Chat messages are not the place where decisions live.
You will always know what we are waiting for from you, and what you are waiting for from us.
Who owns the routines and notes you write?
Under the written agreement, the routines, sheets, and notes produced for you are yours to keep and edit. You do not need us in the room to use them.
Material that was already yours stays yours. Our methods and this website remain the practice’s.
Fees and scope
How are fees decided?
Fees are quoted in writing after a first conversation. The quote is based on the shape of the work, the timetable, and who needs to be involved. Reading this website and sending a message do not create a charge.
The website does not take payment. If you accept a proposal, the agreement states how the fee is invoiced and paid.
Is the offer on this website a quote?
No. The offer page explains three ways to engage the desk: a desk review, an operating cycle, and a retained desk. It describes what each one includes. It is not an invoice and not a binding quote.
A binding scope, fee, and timetable exist only in a proposal you accept in writing.
How long do the engagements take?
A desk review is usually scheduled across two to three weeks. An operating cycle is usually scheduled across four to eight weeks. A retained desk runs on a monthly cadence agreed before the month begins.
These are ordinary spans, not a promise. The proposal states the timetable for your work. Access to the right people is what most often changes the pace.
What if we need to stop?
You can stop. The agreement states how notice works and what is delivered for the work already done. Nothing continues by silence: a cycle ends when the handover is complete, and a retained desk continues only as the agreement says.
Boundaries and privacy
What is outside your work?
Unless a proposal says otherwise, we do not recruit, we do not provide legal or tax advice, we do not keep your books, we do not build software, and we do not stand in as your employee.
We also do not guarantee a financial result. The routine can make work clearer. The outcome still depends on your team and your context.
How soon can a review start?
After you write, we reply on business days. A review starts once a written proposal is accepted and the people we need to speak with are available.
There is no standing queue advertised here. If we cannot take the work, we say so.
What happens to the information we send through the form?
The form asks for your name, email address, organization if you choose to share it, the area of interest, and your message. We use that information to reply and, if we both proceed, to scope the work.
We do not sell contact details and we do not use them for advertising lists. The privacy policy describes retention and how to ask for a deletion.
